What are your office hours?
Our Boca Raton and Lauderhill offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and are closed Sunday. Our Hollywood and Delray Beach offices see patients by appointment only, Monday through Saturday.
Where are your offices located?
We have four South Florida locations: Boca Raton at 307 Via De Palmas, Lauderhill, Hollywood and Delray Beach. Full street addresses and maps for each are on our locations page. If you are being treated with the DRX9000, those sessions take place at the Boca Raton office.
What is the fastest way to reach you?

What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of your current medications, and any imaging you already have, including MRI, CT or X-ray discs and reports. If you are being seen after a car accident or work injury, bring the claim or case number and any accident report. Having these on hand usually means we can begin treatment on the first visit rather than the second.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral is needed to schedule with us. Some insurance plans do require one for coverage of specific services, so it is worth checking your plan, and our front desk can help you work out what your plan requires before your visit.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Same-week appointments are usually available, and we try to accommodate acute pain and recent injuries sooner than that. Because Hollywood and Delray Beach operate by appointment only, availability at those offices varies. Call 1 (855) 4-TRIMED and we will find you the earliest suitable slot across our four locations.
